Selecting a Condo to Call Home
- Location Considerations
- Is it conveniently located for you and your guests?
- Do you want to live in a high-traffic city or a less-traveled TP?
- Is it a long run from the TP to the front door?
- Do you like the view from the window and/or balcony?
- What services are available at the TP (Auction, Revival, Shops, etc.)?
- Is the TP and/or Condo building in a PVP zone?
- If you plan to run a business from your condo, is there a lot of competition and/or other business that could detract or encourage customers for you?
- Check the Estate Terminal by the door of the condo to determine maintenance fee, maximum number of items, and other important information.

Benefits & Disadvantages of Condo Living
- Benefits of Condo Living
- Lots of neighbors to interact with and get to know
- Usually conveniently located near TP, Revival, Auction, and Shops
- Comparatively inexpensive way to have your own home
- Potential to build equity by investing in a small city that could become a booming hot spot in the future!
- Disadvantages of Condo Living
- More visibility as you come and go
- Many condos are still available, so resale value is not as high as on larger estates
- No private land-area outside of the condo walls

Tips for Condo Owners
- When you share your address list it is commonly listed as: <Condo Building><Condo Number>,<TP Name>, <Continent>
- Anything you place within the walls of your condo is 'safe' and cannot be picked up by visitors. The balcony and hallway are not protected areas; anything you place there can be picked up by anyone else. You will receive a warning if you try to place an item in those areas.
- Use the Estate Terminal outside the condo door to specify the privacy level you wish for your condo; you can set it to Private and select individuals from your Friends List who have a key to get in whenever they want, or you can set it to Public and allow anyone to wander in as they please.
- Even Condos on Floor #1 require use of the Televator. Only shops are located on the main floor.
- While items cannot be hung up directly on the wall, display boards can be put up to put items on the wall. You can hang some items (such as paintings and shelves) directly on the walls.
- From your balcony, you will see and been seen by anyone on the radar outside of the building. You can talk with them from there, as well.
- Quick Exit: If you sit down on a balcony, and then stand up, you will fall through the balcony to the outside - you can then run and/or jump off to get to the ground.
