Found something that may be worth listing. It's like a small base with only revival terminals and does not show up as a location on the map. It's sort of East of Atlas North at the coordinates 13686.5, 16799.2 - Arokh

- I can confirm this too. I went there today after hunting Foul instead of to the TP. :( Sigh. Thus, I had to run a few hundred metres south-east to the TP... There's a turret, revival terminals, nothing much there...
I found a crashed spaceship far to the northwest of the Teleporter at Orthos West Mound, It does not appear on the map. I will post the exact location when I find it again, I seem to have lost it - Nyteshadow
